As part of the “Chance Armée” project, militia members of the Swiss army are eligible for a training allowance based on their rank and length of training.
These allowances range from CHF 2,800 to CHF 11,300, providing valuable financial support for participants.
This support enables EHG students, who are also militia executives, to develop leadership and management skills while benefiting from high-quality military training.
