The École Hôtelière de Genève coordinates the logistics of the Geneva inter-company courses for the initial training of :

  • CFC cook,
  • CFC catering specialist,
  • Kitchen assistant AFP
  • AFP catering employee.

Courses are held on the SHR CFP premises.

The French-speaking branch of Hotel & Gastro training Switzerland is based in Pully. Activities in French-speaking Switzerland are organized and coordinated from the Pully headquarters. A working and coordination group made up of the French-speaking heads of our umbrella associations contributes to the development of the French-speaking subsidiary.

In French-speaking Switzerland, we offer virtually the same training and further training courses as in German-speaking Switzerland, at both federal certificate and federal diploma level. The range of basic qualifications is identical to that in German-speaking Switzerland.
