Here, our students perfect their service excellence and put their customer relations skills into practice, welcoming and serving real customers in a first-class restaurant.
Throughout the year, several high-end events are also organized, allowing our students to further immerse themselves in the exciting world of event management. This à la carte restaurant is truly a gem not to be missed, under the direction of Chef Stéphane Faval, a maestro in the kitchen who constantly impresses with his innovation, passion and attention to detail.
