Theoretical knowledge (regulations, menu planning, equipment and materials, knowledge of food and beverage pairing, service and sales techniques, reception, reservations, housekeeping…) is combined with practical training at the Restaurant Vieux-Bois and at our partner, the Geneva Marriott Hotel, where you will gain valuable experience with real customers.
This unique combination paves the way for your future professional experience and career in the hospitality industry.

Acquérir les connaissances en gestion et planification des activités d’un hôtel et d’un restaurant, savoir encadrer l’activité et maîtriser son développement.

You’ll also organize visits, conferences and events, while enhancing your general knowledge and language skills (English and German). In addition, you’ll be asked to organize a gala dinner or event, putting your project management and event organization skills into practice. Prepare for leadership roles by strengthening your analytical and managerial skills.

Continue building your professional experience with a second paid internship, in Switzerland or abroad.
Take on more advanced roles such as operational assistant manager or administrative assistant.
Our internship office provides personalized advice to help you land the ideal position, enabling you to deepen your practical knowledge and strengthen your presence in the hospitality industry.

This comprehensive approach prepares you for high-level management positions and entrepreneurial initiatives.
